- Better suited to cyclists bearing hand, arm or shoulder injuries
- A great way to ensure your knees aren’t getting bashed on the handlebars.
Disadvantages:
Under-Seat Steering Is …
- More complicated mechanically and thus requires more maintenance and adjustments.
- Far more easily damaged in even a minor accident.
- More unusual and thus can be more difficult for an inexperienced recumbent cyclist to adjust to.
- More difficult to manhandle.
